Nordic Snowshoe Walking (2-half-day course)

Walking with specifically designed poles and snowshoes makes the classic walking to a special body forming training. On winter walks the alternative to skiing and snowboarding is accomplished in a simple to medium-heavy terrain. Realisation only by good snow conditions.

Every Monday and Wednesday: taster course (1 p.m.-2.30 p.m.), every Tuesday and Friday: half-day hike (10 a.m.-1 p.m.).
